Sciaenochromis Fryeri Iceberg

This is a line-bred version of Sciaenocromis Fryeri Maleri(Collection Point)by Germans and is now commonly being bred in the US as well. However, the quality of the strains varies. Some get a bigger blaze than others. Our strain is a mix of German and Czech Republic strains to achieve one of the best strains in the US. The quality of the strains is also determined by the body and head shape. Since they've been inbred for years, most of the strains are losing their true torpedo-like body shapes. When we breed ours, we select and breed the best body-shaped ones to keep the form of the strain under control which you are able to see on our offspring.
